Concert Season Classical Vault

The Phoenix Boys Choir presents a unique anthology of choral masterworks spanning five centuries. This celebration of musical periods includes works from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern eras, including English madrigals and works by Schütz, Mozart, Schubert, Verdi and Copland. These composers are considered to be some of the most prominent and prolific composers of their time. Audiences will hear Franz Shubert’s German Mass, one of his best known compositions as well as works from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, whose music stands as an archetype of the Classical style. Join us as we present works traversing the most profoundly influential musical eras.
